S.O. 79(K).— /IHFB/IORA/7S.—Whereas by the Order ot the Government of India in Ihe Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 105(E)/J8FB/ 1DR.A/7S, dated the 17th February, 197N, I hereinafter refened to as the a;iid Order), the Central Government in exercise of the poweis conferred by clause (b) of sub-section M) ot section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 1,65 of 1951), declined that the operation ol all contracts, nsaurnnces ot property, agreements, settlement-,, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force imme- diately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those relating to seemed liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertakng known as :\Ie'Ms. Indoi'e "textiles Limited, Ujjain, Madhyu Pradesh-. iv a party or which may be applicable to the said industr undertaking or cumpany shall lemain suspended fur n period of one year from such date and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before. Ihe 'laid date shall remain suspended for the said period ;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that ttic duration of the said Order should be evlended for a further period of one year ;

Novy, therefore, in cteicise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), icad with sub-section (2), ol" acciion 18FB ol the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 ol 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of the 16th February, 1480.
