NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th February, 1979

GSR. 67(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule lo the said Act, namely :—

In the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act, for item 36 and the entries

relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

"36. Magnesite . . , . Six rupeea per tonne."

2. This notification shall come into force on and with effect from

14-2-1979.
