NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September, 1978
S.O. 83(E).—In exercise of (he powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Foreign Awards (Recognition and Enforcement) Act, 1961 (45 of 1961), the Central Government being satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made, hereby declares the Syrian Arab Republic to be territories to which the Convention set forth in the Schedule to the said Act, applies.
