S.O. V2(E).—In exercise of the powers conl'ened by sub-scclioyi (I) of sec- tion S, read with section 6, of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946), the Central Government, with the consent of the Govern- ment of Bihar, hereby extends the powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment to the whole of the State of Bihar for th" investigation of offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of I860), and attempts, abetmento and conspiracies, in relation to, or in connection with, the said offence and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction arising out of the same facts In regard to the following cases, namely :—
(1) Kadam Kuan Police Station case No. 79 dated 27-1-1979 relating to
alleged murder of Maheshwari Prasad Sharma.
(2) Pir Bahorc Police Station case No. 44 dated 26-1-1979 relating to
alleged murder of Dr. Raghuji Verma,
