गुनाय का. आ. 93 ( ई ) .- अद्यतन संसाधित सिख गुरुद्वारा बोर्ड नियमावली, 1959 के नियम 13 के उप नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसार मुख्य आयुक्त, गुरुद्वारा चुनात्र, पंजाच सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 1288 -गुरुद्वारा दिनांक 20-10-1964 मुधारा अधिसूचित बोर्ड के चुनाव क्षेत्रों के चुनाव के संबंध में निम्नलिखित सूचना देता है :
(1 ) 15 फरवरी, 1979 ( वौरवार ) से 22 फरवरी , 1979 (षीरवार ) तक नामांकन पत्र प्रस्तुत किए जायेंगे ।
(2 ) 23 फरवरी,1979 ( शुक्रवार ) को नामाकन पत्रों की सूची लगाई जाएगी ।

(3 ) 28 फरवरी, 1979 (सोमवार ) का नामांकन पत्रों की छानबीन की जाएगी ।
(4) 27 फरवरी , 1979 ( मंगलवार ) से 2 मार्च, 1970 ( शुक्रवार ) तक नामांकन पत्रों की छानबीन करने वाले अधिकारी के आदेशों के पुनरीक्षण के लिए उपायुक्त कां आर्षदन किया जाएगा ।
(5 ) 7 मर्मा , 1979 ( बुधवार ) तक पुनरीक्षण के लिए दिए गए आर्थदनों पर निर्णय लिया जाएगा ।
(5 ) 7 मार्च, 1979 (बुधवार ) तक पुनरीक्षण के लिए दिए गए आबेदनों पर निर्णय की अन्तिम तिथि होगी ।
(7 ) 9 मार्च, 1979 ( शुक्रवार ) को वैध नामांकन पत्रों की सूची लगाई जाएगी ।
(8 ) 19 मार्च, 1979 ( सोमवार ) को मतदान केन्द्रों की सूची लगाई जाएगी ।
(9 ) 31 मार्च, 1979 ( शनिवार ) को मतदान , यदि आवश्यकता हुई, होगा , और
(10 ) 3 अप्रैल, 1979 (मंगलवार ) को 6 -चुसूया सुनाग क्षेत्र का चुनाव परिणाम और 2 अप्रैल, 1970 ( सोमवार ) को अन्य सुनाष क्षेत्रों का चुनाव परिणाम घोषित किया जाएगा ।

Chandigarh , the 15th February , 1979
S.O. 93 (E ) .In pursuance of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 13 of the Sikh Gurdwaras Board Election Rules , 1959 , as amended up-to - date , the Chief Commissioner , Gurdwara Elections , hereby fixes with respect to election in each of the Board constituencies notified vide the Punjab Government notification No. 1288 - Gur- dwaras , dated 20 10-1964 , --
( i ) 15th February , 1979 ( Thursday ) ,to 22nd February , 1979 ( Thurs- day ) , as the dates on which the nomination papers shall be pre- sented ;
( ii ) 23rd February , 1979 ( Friday ) , as the date on which the list of nomination papers shall be posted ;
( iii ) 26th February , 1979 ( Monday ) , as the date on which the nomina- tion papers shall be scrutinised ;
( iv ) 27th February , 1979 ( Tuesday ) , to 2nd March , 1979 ( Friday ) , 25 the dates for making applications for the revision of the orders of the authority scrutinising the nomination papers to the Deputy Commissioner ;
( v ) 7th March , 1979 ( Wednesday ) , as the date by which the revision applications shallbe decided ;
( vi ) 8th Much , 1979 ( Thursday ) , as the last date on which a candidate may withdraw his candidature ;

(vii ) 9th March , 1979 ( Friday ) , as the date on which the list of valid nomination papers shall be posted ;
(viii ) 19th March , 1979 ( Monday ) , as the date on which the list of polling stations shall be posted ;
(ix) 31st March , 1979 ( Saturday ) , as the date on which the polling shall , if necessary , be held ; and
(x) 3rd April , 1979 ( Tuesday ) , as the date on which the result of election in 6 -Dasuya constituency and the 2nd Apul , 1979 ( Monday ) , as the date on which the result of election in each of the other constituencies , shall be declared .
