Chosen under clause (b) of Sub- Section (3) of Section 5.
Dr. Mrinal Miri, Professor and Head of the Department of Philosophy, Northeastern Hill University, SHILLONG.

Chosen under clause (c) of Suh- SecUon (3) of Section 5.
Mr. Justice H-R- Khanna, Chairman, Law Commission.
2. The ahove mentioned members will hold office for a term of three years.
