S. O. 100 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Msction 3 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975), as amended, read with rules 3 and 4 of the Tobacco Board Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby appoint the following as Members of the Tobacco Board with effect from 1st January. 1979 for a period of three yoars :
