New Delhi, the 19th F-ebruary, 1979

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL '

S-O. 101(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(97).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports, and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1 This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fourteenth Amend-

ment Order, 1979.

2. In the Exports (Comiol) Older, 1977, in Part 'A', Schedule I, thefollowing item shall be added after S. No. 22(xv) : — "(xvi)—Industrial Phosphate Gypsum". [File No. 1(8)/77~EII] k. V.
