ORDER

New Delhi, the 20th I-ebruary, 1979

8.O. 102(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1055 (]0 of 1955), the Central Government hereby, makes the following order further to amend the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, namely :—

1. (1) This Order may be culled the Jute (Licensing and Control) (Amend-

ment) Order, 1979.

(,2) It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Jute (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Order, 1978, published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) under S.O. 79(E) dated 8th February, 1978, in clause 7A, line 3, before Ihe word "comunication", the word "receipt or" shall be inserted.
