EXPORT IRADH CONTROL
S.O. 104(K) No. F(C)O I977/AM(98).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Kxpons (Control) Act 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government liercby inukes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control! Orf!or, 1**77, 'n'mtly :- •
1. This Order m;iy he rjilai the Fxpoits (Ton roll Fifteenth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2, In the Fxports (Control) Order 1977,
(i) in Pait B Schedule 1 the existing entry appearing against S. No.
77(i) shall be deleted :
"S. No. 77(i) Silver bullion, silver sheets and plates which have not undergone ir.iy process of manufacture subsequent to rolling."
(ii) in Part A Schedule 1 the following shall be added after S. No. 46 :
"S. No. 47 Silver bullion, silver sheets and plates which have not undergone any prows of manufacture subsequent to rolling."
