160 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)J makes the following rules further to amend the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Rules, 1976, namely :— 1. (1) These rules may be called the Urban Land nCcil- ing and Regulation) Amendment Rules, 1979. (2) They shall come into force on the date oi their pub-lication in the Official Gazetc.
2. In the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Rules, 1976, in Schedule 1A—
for sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 4, the followinjt shall be substituted, namely :—
"(2) Where any dwelling link is sokl hy outright sale, the sale price which such person shall be entitled to receive shall not exceed a sum consisting of,—
(i) the actual cost of construction of the dwelling unit:
<(ii) cither ten times the net average annual income actually derived from the land for the period
(iii) a sum calculated at the ra'c of fifteen per cent on such cast oT construction and such cost
of land referred (o in (ii) aWove.";
