Export of certain Textile B Products of cotton, wool or man-made fibre to Sweden

S.O. 108 (E)/No. K(C)O, 1977/AM (]01). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), Ihc Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the E.\ports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :~
(ii) Ihe Apparel Export Promotion Council, New Delhi for shirts blouses of colton, wool or man-mado fibre; and
1. This Order may lie culled the Exports (Control) Seven-
teenth Amendment Order, 1979.
2. In Part 'B' of Schedule 1 to the Fxporls (Control* Order, 1977, the existing entry against S. No. 70 (ix) shall be substituted by the following :—
(lit) Wool & Wollen Kxport Promotion Council for "Woollen bed linen, by en- dorsement on ship- ping bills.
"70(ix)—Export of certain Textile Products of Cotion,
Wool or Man-made fibre to Sweden."
