ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th February, 1979
S.O. 112(E)/18AA/IDRA/79.—Whereas the Central Gov- ernment is satisfied, from the documentary and other evidence in its possession, that the persons in charge of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Brentford Electric (India) Limi- ted, Calcutta, have, by creation of incumbrance on the assets of the industrial undertaking: and by diversion of funds, brought about a situation which is likely to affect the produc- tion of articles manufactured or produced in the industrial undertaking, and that immediate action is necessary to prevent such a situation ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby authorises Messrs Andrew Yule and Company Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as the "Authorised Person") to take over the management of the whole of the said industrial undertaking subject to the following terms and conditions, namely :—

(iii) The Central Government may terminate the appoint- ment of the Authorised Person earlier, if it consi- ders necessary to do so,
2, This Order shall have effect for a period of six months commencing from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

S.O. H3(E)/18A/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the lato Ministry of Industrial Devclpoment No. S.O. 13(E) dated the 3rd January, 1974, namely :—
In the said Order, for serial No. 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"5. Dr. B. N. Mukherjee,
Deputy General Manager, Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta-700001".

SO. 114(E)/18A/U>RA/79—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the lato Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 14(E) dated the 3rd January, 1974. namely :—•
In the said Order, for serial No. 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"5. Dr. B. N. Mukherjce,
Deputy General Manager,
