3. In order to enable the eligible exporters tc get the berefit of the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notifica- tion No. 120-Customs/F. No. 609/52,78-DEK dated 19-6-1978, it his bssn decided to grant import repier.ishmert I'cer.ccs against the exports of products referred to h, the s.° id r f ;ficz>*icn, made on or after 1-4-1978, to enable imports of Nylon Filameiit Yarn/Polyester Filament Yarn to the extent of 1.2 Kgs. agsir.st 1 Kg. of the respective yarn certified to neve been used in the product exported—at 32% of the f.o.b. value of the respective exports. Both value and quantity sha'l be limiting factors. (In the ciss of Polyester Filament Yam, this facility will be in lieu of and not in addition to, the provision made in Column 5 of the relevant entries in the Product Groups *K' and 'O' in Appen.'ix ", 7 of ihe Imnort Policy, ! 978-79. for she period from 1 -4-1978 to 28-1-1979).
4. The amendments at S. Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 contained in the above para 2 of this Public Notice with regard to Appendix 17 of the Import Policy, J 978-79, will be effective ir. respect of exports made on or after !-4-!978, except in cases cf import replenishment licences which have already been issued with such items as are now deleted from the Columr. 4.
