ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th February, 1979
S.O. 118(E).—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the accept- ance of foreign hospitality by any Minister of the Central Government or of a State Government who is not u member of Parliament or of the Legislature of Ihe State concerned, as the case may be, is likely to affect prejudicially the public interest;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 10 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation^ Act, 1976 (49 of 1976), the Central Government hereby requires every such Minister to obtain permission of the Central Government before accepting any foreign hospiUilily to the same extent, and subject to the same conditions as a member of a Legislature is required to take such permission under section 9 of that Act,
