S.O. I2I(K).—In exeicisc of the poweis confened by sec- lion 17 of ihe Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), icad with rule 3 of Ihc Delhi Transport (.Advisory Council) Rules, 1973, the Central Government, after ascer- taining the views of (he Delhi Trunspoit Corporation, esta- blished iincler section 3 of the said Act hereby appoints Shri Sukhhir Sintih, House No, 31, Budhanpur, P.O. Chundpur, Delhi and Shri Mahyvir Singh, House No. 3 V. & P.O. Hauz Khas, New Delhi, Member of Ihe Municipal Corpora- tion of Delhi and Shri Rumesh Chand Tonger, President, Students' Union Jamia Millia Islnmiu, Jamianagar, New Delhi, as members of the Delhi Transport Corporation Advisory Council constituted lor the purpose of advising the said Corporation on ihe matters specified in rule II of the said rules, on the lerms specified in rules 6, 7, 8 and 22 of the said rules, and makes tbf following further amendments in In the said notification, in paragraph 1,—
(a) for the entry against item 7, the entry "Shri Ramcsh Chand Tonger, President, Students' Union Jarnia Millia Islamia, Jamianagar, New Delhi" shall be substituted ;
(b) after item 31 and the entries relating (hereto, the
following shall be inserted, namely :—
"32. Shri Sukhbir Singh, Member Municipal Corporation of Delhi, House No. 31, Budhanpur, P.O. Chand- pur, Delhi.
33. Shri Mahavir Singh, Member Municipal Corporation of Delhi, House No. 3, V. & P.O. Hauz Khas, New Delhi",
