S.O. 122(E).—In exercise of tfyc powers conferred by {ho Aluminium (Control) Order, 19ft); arid In supersession of the- notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of $te.el qpd Mines (Department of Mines) number S.O. 10(E), dated the 9th January, 197$, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri H.' Ghdsh; Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines), to be the Controller of Aluminium for the purposes of the said Order.
