Sub : Export of Sugar during the year 1979.
[F. No. 28/24/78-EI].—Attention is invited to the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 8UETC(PN)/78 dated 28th December, 1978, read with Public Notice No. 12-ETC(PN)/79 dated 23-1-1979 on the above subject.
2. On a review of the position, it has been decided to allow Sugar factories to register their contracts for the export of S ugar with State Trading Corporation of India Ltd., upto 31st March, 1979. Accordingly, the following amendment shall be made at the appropriate place in the Export Policy for April, 78—March, 79.
