NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th March, 1979

S.O. I26IE),—In exercise of the powers conferred by subjection (B) of section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. M. Ibrahim as member of the Cochin Dock Labour Board, vice Shri M. K. Raghavan who resigned, and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S, O. 150(E), dated the 4th March, 1978, namely :—

In the said notification^ under the heading "Members representing the dock workers¹', in item 1, for the words and letter "Shri M. K. Raghavnn", the words and letters "Shri K. M. Ibrahim" shall be substituted.
