S.O. 127(E).—Ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Im- ports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), us amended the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Open General Licence No. 6/78 issued under ITC Order No. 12/78 dated the 3rd April, 1978.
2. For the date "31st March, 1979' appearing in the Condition No. iii)
of the above Order, U e date "30th September, 1979" shall be substituted.
