Subject :—Export Policy of Human Skeleton during April 1978.—March

1979.

Statement on page 14 of Export Policy 1978-79.

2. On a review of the position it has been decided to amend the existing entry in column 3 against S. No. B. 13(ii) of Policy Statement on page 14 of Export.Policy 1978-79 to road as under >-"Export of Human Skeletons will be allowed by the Port Licensing Aulhorities on production of certificates from (i) Police authorities not below the rank, of the Officer4n-charge of the Police Station concerned regarding the source of procurement; and (ii) foreign buyer tlppt human skeletons ftro required for biological and medical purposes only. Export of other skeletons' is allowed on merits in consultation with the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Agri- culture". K. V.
