NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th March, 1979

G.5.R. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Produce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966), the Central Government hereby specifies the duty of excise at a rate of one rupee per quintal of oil on oils extracted from oil-seed crushed in any mill in India.

2. This notification shall come intu force on the date of its publication in the

Official Gazette.
