EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

Subject :—Export of Noil and Noil dropping

Kile No. 2/1/78-EI-—Attention is invited to the Export (Control) Order No. R(C)O, 1977/AM(1O3), dalcd the 9th March, 1979, deleting item Noil end Noil dropping from OGL-3.

2- On a review of the position, it has been decided that with immediate efl'ect export of Noil and Noil dropping will be allowed 'On Merits' in consultation with the Department of Commerce. Accordingly, the following amendment shall be made at the appropriate placo in the Export Policy for April 1978—March 1979:
