ORDER

S.O. 130(E)/18FB/IDRA/79—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No SO 112(E) /18AA/ IDRA/79, dated the 26th February, 1979, the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Brentford Electric (India) Limited, Calcutta, has been taken over under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period upto and inclusive of the 25(h August, 1979 ;
