EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 9th March, 1979
S.O. 131(E).—No. E(C) O, 1977/AM (103).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Ninteenth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in CGL-3, (he following entry
appearing against Sub S. No, 5 of S. No. 28 shall be deleted :—•
"S. No. 28.5—Noil and Noil droppings".
