S.R.O. 2-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947) and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence SRO l(E), dated the 7th February, 1979, the Central Government here- by declares every service forming part of, or connected with the generation, supply, operation and maintenance of electricity and running of generation stations and sub-station* in the State of Bihar to be n jeryioe of vital importance to the community for a further period of one month with effect from 7th day of March, 1979.
