S.O. 143 (E).—In exercise of ihc poweis couferied by section 3 of the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government here- by makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the lute Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 711, dated the 18th February, 1970 (an amended subsequently), namely :—
In the said notification, in the last paragraph, for the words "Nine years und one month', Ihc words 'Nine Years and Two Months' shall be substituted.
