CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi the 20th March, 1979

G.S.R. 255 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-r(l) of rule 173-RA Of the Ctntral Excise Rules, 1944, the- Central Govennt being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India, in the Minis of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 92/78-Ccntral Excises dated the 31s[arch 1978.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of A, 1979.
