(ii) Scheme for exports under OGL. 3 of textile products made from cotton, wool and maa-made fibres to Norway and from Cotton and man-made fibres to Finland from 1-1-79 to 31-12-79.
(iii) Scheme for export under OQL. 3 of certain textiles products of
cotton, wool or manmade fibre to Sweden.
[F. No. 2/26/78-El].—-Attention is invited to Department of Commerce Exports, (Control) Amendment Order No. E(C)O. 1977/AM(105) dated 21-3-79, read with Public Notices No. 2-ETC(PN)/79 dated 1-1-79, No. 3-ETC(PN)/79 dated 3-1-79 and No. 22-E1C(PN>/79 dated 22-2-79 respectively on the above subject,
2. On a review of the situation it has been decided that in respect of woollen fabric?, made up and woollen knitwear for which quota allotment is made by wool and woollen Export Promotion Council as indicated in above referred Public Notices, necessary endorsement on shipping bills will be made by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council. Therefore, following will be added after the first sentence in paragraph 10 of the above referred Public Notices:— "Necessary endorsement on shipping bills will, however, be made by the Cot'on Textiles Export Promotion Council for woollen fabrics, made ups and woollen knitwear"
3. In view of (he foregoing the existing export policy of these items appear- ing against S, No, 70(y), 70(vi), 70(ix) and 7(Hx) shall be deemed amended to this extent.
