No. 18013/1 /78-AIBaV).—In compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court dated 31-1-1975 in S.B.C. Writ No. 135 of 1975, the President is pleased to cancel the Notification No. 18013/1/78-AIS (IV) dated 10-1-1978 ot the Government of India in the Department of per- sonnel and Administrative Reforms, which was issued by mistake.
