No. DRAWBACK/PN-27/79— Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No. 602/2/70-DBK pub- lished in the Gazette of India—Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time:—
For Sub-Serial No. 3825 and the entries relating thereto the
following shall be substituted, namely:—

(A) Chromium plated Rs. 11.60
made of gun metal (Rupees Eleven and
Paise sixty only), per kg. of Gun Metal con- tent.

made of Brass. (Rupees Eight and Paise
forty only) per kg. of
Brass Content.

For Sub-Serial No. 5009 and the entries relating thereto, the
following shall be substituted, namely:—

This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force
on the 25th day of October, 1978.
NO. DRAWBACK/FN-28/79.—Under rule 4 of the Cus- toms and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Noti- fication No. 52 / F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—Extraordinary, dated the 25th August 1971). The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-J dated the 15th October, ly71 as amended from time to time.
Jn the Column 'Rate of drawback' against item (ii) of Sub-Serial No. 4607, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"Rs. 11.35 (Rupees eleven and, paise thirty five only)
per kg. of Copper content."
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 25th day of October, 1978.

No. 602/2/70-DBK published In the Gazette of India—Extraordinary, dated the 25th August 1971J. The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th Oclobcr, 1971 as amended from lime to time :-—
The rates of drawback mentioned against Sub-Serial No.
2103 to 2108 shall be valid upto 9-5-1979.
