G.S.R. 261(E).-In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the notification of the Go- vernment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport No. G.S.R. 397, dated the 8th March, 1977, the Centra] Government
hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by that Govern- ment to represent the interests mentioned in column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Visakha patnam: -

In pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of sub-section (I) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport No. G.S.R. 393, dated the 8th March, 1977, the Central Government hereby specifics the number of persons mentioned in column 4 of the Table below to be elected by each of the bodies, to represent each of the interest, shown respectively in columns 2 and 3 of the said Table, on the Board of Tniitoes of the Port of Kandla :
Provided that in the case of bodies mentioned against serial numbers 5 and 6 of the said Table, being owned or controlled by the Go vornmertt, the persons to be elected by such bodies shal 1 be appointed by the Central Government.
