ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th March, 1979
S. O. 158(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- paragraph (1) of Paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Order of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals, Mines and Metals (Department of Mines & Metals) No. S. O. 1873 dated the 18th March, 1970, namely :—
In the Table annexed to the said order in column (2)—
(a) against S. No. 14, "Insulin" for the letters, figures
and words :—
"Rs. 15729 per M. U,", the letters, figures and words
"Rs. 13367/- per M. U." shall be substituted.
(b) against S. No. 10, "Chloroquin Phosphate" for the
letters, figures and words :—
"(i) Rs. 418/- per kg., where the bulk drug is used. in the formulations manufactured by the same manufacturer;
(ii) Rs. 428/- per kg., for sale to others."
the following letters, figures and words shall be substituted, namely :—
"(i) Rs. 342/- per kg., where the bulk drug is used in the formulations manufactured by the samo manufacturer;

O. 159(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Para (1) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Price* Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the said Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals, Minse and Metals (Department of Mines and Metals) No. S. O. 1873 dated the 18th May, 1970, nemaly :—
In the Table annexed to the said Order after S. No. 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be in- serted, namely :—
