J60(E).—In exeri iae of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commis- sions o[ enquiry A I, I'JSl (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following ama dmenl in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affair.; No. 375iK), dated the 30!h May, 1977 (relating to the Commission of Inqui y on Maruti Affairs), read with this Ministry's Notifi- cation Nos. S.O. 8 t2lE) dated the 16th December, 1977, S.O. 4O8(E) dated the 24th June, I97H anil S.O. 739(E) dated the 27th December, 1978, namely :—
In para 4 of the said notification, for the words and figures "On or before 3Jsl dr./ or March, 1979" the words and figures "on or before 31st day of May, 197y" shall be substituted.
