S.O. 162(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India and the Bank of Baroda by which Marudhar Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been spon- sored, specifies Churu as the place where Marudhar Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.
