NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th Mdrch, 1979
S.O. 165(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with rules 3 and 5 of the Delhi Transport Corporation (Members) Rules, 1973, the Centrul Government hereby appoints Sbxi M, W. K. Yusufzai, Secretary, Transport Department, Delhi Administration as Member of tho Delhi Transport Corporation and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No- S.O. 338(E>, dated the 1st May, 1976, namely,
In paragraph I of the said notification for item (xi) and the entry relating
thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely,
"(xi) Shri M. W. K, Yusufzai, Secretary, Transport Department. Delhi
Administration."
