ORDER
300 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(iifr And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that lie duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto 17th May, 1980;Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of 17th May, 1980.
of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments awards, standing orders or other instruments in force (to which the undertaking is a party or which may be appli- cable to the undertaking) immediately before the 25th May, 1978 to which the industrial undertaking known as Bengal Immunity Company Limited, Calcutta or the company own- ing such undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended upto 18th May, 1979 and that all rights prevjlogcs obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period ;
