का. आ. 167 (अ ) ..-केन्द्रीय सरकार, खान (संशोधन ) नियम, 1978 के नियम 1 के उपनियम (2 ) द्वारा प्रवृत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तारीख 1 अप्रैल , 1979 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको खान नियम, 1955 के अध्याथ 4-फ के उपबन्ध निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों की बाबत प्रवृत्त होंगे,-
(1 ) किसी खान में नियोजन चाहनें वाले व्यक्ति , और
(2 ) किसी खान में पन्द्रह वर्ष से अधिक तक भूमि के नीचे नियोजित व्यक्ति ।

8. O. 167(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (2) of rule 1 of the Mincs (Amendment) Rules, 1978 , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 1979, as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV-A of the Mines Rules, 1965 shall come into force,-
(i) in respect of persons seeking employment in mine ; and

(ii) in respect of persons employed below ground in a mine for more than fifteen years .

का आ. 168 (अ) . कंन्द्रीय सरकार , खान नियम, 1955 के नियम 29-ख के अनुसरण म, तारीख 1 अप्रैल, 1979 को, निम्न- लिखित व्यक्तियों की बाबत उक्त नियम के प्रयोजन के लिए तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है,-
( 1) किसी खान में नियोजन चाहने वाले व्यक्ति ; और
(2 ) किसी खान में पन्द्रह वर्ष से अधिक तक भूमि के नी नियोजित व्यक्ति ।

S. O. 168 (E) . In pursuance of rule 29B of the Mines Rules , 1955, the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of April , 1979 , as the date for the purpose of the said rule,-
