G.S.R 295 (E) —In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c)

of sub section (!) of section 3 of the Major Port Trust, Act, 1963 08 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Trans- port No G.S.R. 395. dated the 8th March, 1977, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mention- ed in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by that Government to represent the interests mentioned in coloumn

PTB-45/7R] G.S.R. 29(5 (E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 19(53), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport N o. G.S.R. 396, diUcd the 8th March> 1977, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column A of tho Table below to be elect- op by each of the bodies, to represent each of the interests, shown respectively in the corresponding entries in columns 2 and 3 of the said Table, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay :

Provided that in the case of bodies mentioned against serial numbers 7 and 8 of the said Table, being owned or controlled by the Government, the persons to be elected by such bodies shall be appointed by the Central Government.
