New Delhi, the 31st March, 1979

No, S. 27025/6/78-Fac.—In partial modification of this Ministry's Resolu- tion No. S-27025/6/78-Fac, published in (he Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-I, Section 1, dated 7th February, 1979, setting up a Committee to look into the causes leading to and the problems arising out of employment of children, the Government of India have decided to nppoint Shri V. P. Savvhney, Director- General (Labour Welfare), Ministry of Labour, New Delhi as Member- Secretary of the Committee in place of Shri H. Pais, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour, New Delhi, with immediate effect.
