G.S.R. 309(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sur>dause (ii) of clause fb) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. V. Sastry, Joint Secretary, Integrated Finance, Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food) New Delhi aa a Director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, vice Shri A. C. Tiwari and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (De- partment of Food), No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely :—
In the said notification, under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7(l)(b)", against item (3), for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely '.—
"Shri S. V. Sastry, Joint Secretary Integrated Finance, Government of India,
Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi."
