1979 is published for general information :—
THE GOVERNOR OF GUJARAT (ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES)
AMENDMENT ORDER, 1979
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Bombay Reorga- nisation Act, 1960 (11 of 1960), I, Neelam Sanjlva Reddy, President of India, hereby make die following Order further to amend the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1960, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and
Privileges) Amendment Order, 1979.
2. In paragraph 8 of the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1960, after sub-paragraph (b). Hie following sub-paragraph (c) shall be inserted, namely :—
"(c) In addition to the allowances and privileges referred to in paragraph 7, there shall be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat to the Governor of Gujarat an amount of Rs. 60,000 during the year 1978-79 for furnishing the Raj Bhavan at Gandhinagar."
