S.O. 179(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 76 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Bank of India by which Singh- bhum Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies chaibasn as the place where Singhbhum Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

New Delhi, the 31st March, 1979S.O. 178(E.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (i) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government being requested so to do by Bank of India establishes, with effect from the 31st March 1979 Regional Rural Bank in the State of Bihar under the name of Singhbhum Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Singhbhum in the State of Bihar.
