S.O. 187(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (.1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve flank of India and Allahabad Bank, by which Sharda Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Satna as the place where Sharda Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

New Delhi, the 31st March, 1979
S.O. 186(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested so to do by Allahabad Bank, establishes, with effect from the 31st March, 1979 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Sharda Gramin Bank, which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Satna in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

S.O. 188(E)—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Sharda Gramin Bank, being .in institution established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).
