ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st March, 1979
SO. 192(E)/18FB/IDRA/79.—Whereas, by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 17O(E)/18AA/ IDRA/79, dated the 30th March, 1979, the management of (he whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Mahadeva Textile Mills, Hubli, Karnataka (hereinafter refer- red to as the said industrial undertaking), has been taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulations) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ), for a period of five years from the date of the pub- lication of the said order in the Official Gazette ;
