का. आ. 205 (अ ) आई. डी. आर. ए./79.-एसोसियेटेड जर्नल्स लिमिटेड के नई दिल्ली और लखनऊ ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) स्थित ऑयो- गिक उपक्रम जो अनुसूचित उद्योग अर्थात प्रिंटिंग और लिथो प्रिंटिंग में लगे हुए हैं ,
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि उक्त औदयोगिक उपक्रमों का प्रबन्ध ऐसी रीति से किया जा रहा है, जो प्ौक्त अनुसुचित उद्योग और लोकहित के लिए अति अहितकर है.
अतः, अब केन्द्रीय राग्कार उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनयम,1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 15 इशारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हार मामले की परिस्थितियों का पूरी तरह अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजनार्थ, व्यक्तियों का एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित होंगे :-

( 1) श्री एन. आर. श्रीनिवामन , औद्योगिक सलाहकार , तक- नीकी विकास का महानिदेशालय , उद्योग भवन, नई दिल्ली।
(2) श्री के. पी. शर्मा, उप प्रमुख लागत लेखा अधिकारी आँश्योगिक लागत एवं मूल्य ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली ।

में व्यक्तियों का उक्त निकाय , अपनी रिपोर्ट राजपत्र इस आदेश के जारी होने की तारीख से दो सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर दे दंगा ।

New Delhi , the 16th April , 1979
S.O. 205 ( E) IDRA/ 79.-Whereas the industrial under- takings of the Associated Journals Limited located at New Delhi and Lucknow ( Uttar Pradesh ) are engaged in scheduled industry viz . Frinting , including Litho Printing Industry ; a
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the said industrial undertakings are being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the aforesaid scheduled in- dustry and to public interest;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 165 of 1951 ), the Central Government hereby appoints for the purpose of making a full and complete in- vestigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of :-
Chairman
( 1) Shri N. R. Srinivasan . Industrial Adviser , Direc- torate General and Technical Development Udyog Bhavan , New Delhi . Member
(2) Shri K. P. Sarma , Deputy Chief Cost Accounts Officer, Bureau of Industrial Costs and Prices , New Delhi .
The said body of persons shall submit its report within a period of two weeks from the date of issue of this Order in the Official Gazette .
