S.O. 206(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (8) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Karl J. Khandalawala, Advocate, Bombay as a Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting the prose- cution and also any other proceedings arising out of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Regular Case No. 1/78- SIU/SIB-I) against Smt. Indira Gandhi and Sarvashri D. Sen and R, K. Dhawan, Regular Case No. 1 /78-SIU(SIB-II) against Shri Vidya Charan Shukla and Regular Case No. 2/78-SIU (SIB-II) against Sarvashri Sanjay Gandlii, Jagmohan and Ranbir Singh in the trial, appellate and revisional courts in Delhi and New Delhi
