Sub : Export of Khandsari Sugar.

No. 28/4/79-EI.—Attention i" invited to Department of Commerce

Public Notice No. 30-ETC (PN)/79 dated 30-3-79 road with Exports (Control) Amend-

ment Order No. E(QO, 1977/AM(106) dated 30-3-79 and No. E(QO, 1977/AM(108)

dated 18th April, 1979.

2. On a review of the situation, it has been decided to allow the export of Khand-

sari Sugar under OOL.3 to all permissible destinations without any quantitative

restriction. Accordingly, the following amendments will be made in the Policy

Statement annexed to Public Notice No. 3O-ETC(PN)/79 dated 30-3-79 as indicated

below :—
