(2) In 74-Sidhi, in the description of the Extent of tho constituency, for the existing entries substitute the entries "Deogawan and Sidhi (Gird) First RICs and Amiliya RIC (excluding PCs 39 to 46) and P.C". 90 and 91 in Sidhi (Gird) Second RIC in Gopadbanas tahsii." ;
(3) In 75-Gopadbanas, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the existing entries substi- tute; the entries "Scmariya, Hanumangarh and Tala RICs and Sidhi (Oird) Second RIC (excluding P.Cs. 90 and 91) and PCs 155 and 157 to 162 in Majhauli RIC Gopadbanas tahsil.1;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th April, 1979
S.O. 210(E).—Whereas the Government of Madhya Pra- desh have intimated some alterations in the names and boudaries of certain territorial divisions referred to in the description of constituencies given in Schedule XT) of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976 ;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of the ex- tent of constituencies referred to in Schedule XII of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976, to bring the Order uptodatc ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by- sub-gection (1) of Section 9 of the Representation of lie People Act, 1950, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows:—
(5) Tn 77-Deosar (ST), in the description of (he extent of the constituency, for the existing entries substitute the entries "Deosar Tahsil" (excluding Dhauhnni and Bargawan RICs.).
II. For the existing Note (I) at the end of the Schedule substitute the Note (1) "Any reference in this Part to A dis- trict, tahsil, revenue inspector circle patwnri ciicle, ward or other territorial division shall be taken to mean the area comprised within that district, tahwil, revenue inspector circle, patwari circle, ward or other territorial division on the 1st day of August, 1977, except that the reference to (1) wards in Indore City and Gwalior town shall be taken to mean the area comprised within the respective wards on The 15th day of August, 1973 ; and (2) administrative units in Sidhi Dis- trict shall be taken to mean the area comprised within the les- pective UDJts as on the 1st day of July, 1978."
