सा० फा ० मि० 252 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , ऐसे समस्त उत्पाद शुल्क माल को जिन पर उत्पाद शुल्क देय है और जिनके विनिर्माण में मोटर यानों और ट्रैक्टरों के पुर्जों और उपस् करों जिसके अन्तर्गत ट्रेलर भी सम्मिलित हैं, का उपयोग किया गया है और जो केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और गमक अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद सं ० 34क के अधीन आते हैं उन पर उग्रहणीय उत्पाद - शुल्क के उतने भाग से छूट देती है जो उक्त पुौँ और उपस्करों पर पहले ही संवत्त उत्पाद शुल्क के समतुल्य हो ।
2. इस अधिसूचना की कोई भी बात मोटर यानों और ट्रैक्टरों के पुर्जी और उपस्करों को, जिसके अन्तर्गत ट्रेलर भी हैं, लागू नहीं होगी , अर्थात्, निम्नलिखितः--
(i ) ब्रेक लाइनिंग
( ii) क्लच फेसिंग,
( iii ) इंजिन के बाल्य

G.S.R. 252 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule ( 1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the

Central Government hereby exempts all excisable goods, on which the duty of excise is payable and in the manufacture of which parts and accessories of motor vehicles and tractors, including trailers , falling under Item No. 34A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , have been used , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon as is equivalent to the duty of excise already paid on the said parts and accessories .
2. Nothing contained in this notification shall apply to the parts and accessories of motor vehicles and tractors, includ- ing trailers, the following , namely :-
(i ) brake linings ;
( ii) clutch facings
(iii) engine valves ;
( iv) gaskets ;
(v) nozzles and nozzle holders ;
(vi) pistons ;
(vii) piston rings ;
(viii) gudgeon pins ;
(ix) circlips ;
(x) shock absorbers ;
(xi) sparking plugs ;
(xii) thin- walled bearings ;
(xiii ) tie - rod ends ;
(xiv) electric horns
(xv) filter elements . inserts and cartridges .

सा० का० नि० 253 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मोटरयानों और ट्रैक्टरों के ऐसे पुाँ और उपस्करों को, जिनके अन्तर्गत ट्रेलर भी हैं, जो केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मव सं ० 34क के अन्तर्गत भाते हैं भौर जो या तो उसी कारखाने में , जिसमें उनका विनिर्माण किया जाता है, या किसी अन्य कारखाने में उत्पाद शुल्क्य माल के आगे विनि- र्माण में उपयोग के लिए श्राशयित्र हैं, उन पर उग्रहणीय सम्पूर्ण उत्पाद- शुल्क से छूट देती है:
परतु-
( i ) जहां ऐसा उपयोग , विनिर्माता के उस कारखाने से भिक्ष , जिसमें उक्त पुओं और उपस्करों का विनिर्माण किया गया है, किसी अन्य कारखाने में होता है, वहां इस अधिसूचना में अन्तविष्ट छूट समुचित अधिकारी का यह समाधान होने पर अमुज्ञेय होगी कि उक्त पुजें और उपस्कर ऐसे उपयोग के लिए आशयित हैं ; और
( ii ) जहां ऐसा उपयोग , अन्य विनिर्माता के कारखाने में होता है , वहां इस अधिसूचना में अन्तविष्ट छूट उक्त नियमों के अध्याय 10 में अधिकथित प्रक्रिया का पालन करने पर अनुज्ञेय होगी ।
2. इस अधिसूचना में अन्तबिष्ट कोई भी बात मोटर यानों और ट्रैक्टरों के, पुर्षों और उपस्करों को जिनके अन्तर्गत ट्रेलर भी हैं, लागू नहीं होगी, अर्थात निम्नलिखित-
( 1) ब्रेक लाइनिंग,
( 2 ) क्लच फेसिंग ,
3) इंजिन के वारुव,

G.S.R. 253( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule ( 1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby exempts parts and accessories of motor vehicles and tractors , including trailers , falling under Item No. 34A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) and intended for use in fur- ther manufacture of excisable goods either in the factory in which they are manufactured or in any other factory , from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon :
Provided that-
( i) where such use is in a factory of a manufacturer different from his factory in which the said parts and accessories have been manufactured , the exem- ption contained in this notification shall be allowable subject to the proper officer being satisfied that the said parts and accessories are intended for such use and
(ii ) where such use is in a factory of another manufac- turer, the exemption contained in this notification shall be allowable subject to the observance of the procedure set out in Chrapter X of the said rules.
2. Nothing contained in this notification shall apply to the parts and accessories of motor vehicles and tractors including trailers, the following namely,-
(i ) brake linings ;
(ii) clutch facings ;
(iii) engine valves ;
(iv) gaskets ;
(v) nozzles and nozzle holders ;
(vi) pistons ;
(vii) piston ringe ;
(viii) gudgeon pins ;
(ix) circlips ;

सा० का० मि० 254 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 56 क के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की मधिसूचना सं ० 223/ 62 --केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 29 दिसम्बर, 1962 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधित करती है:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , मद 49 के सामने की प्रविष्टि के स्ठान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
"मोटर यानों और ट्रैक्टरों के पुर्जे भौर उपस्कर जिसके भन्तर्गत ट्रेलर भी है , भर्थात् निम्नलिखित , ( i ) ब्रेक लाइनिंग , ( ii ) क्लच फेसिंग , ( iii ) इंजिन के बाल्व, ( iv ) गास्केट, ( v) नाजल मौर नाजल की पकड़, ( vi) पिस्टन, ( vii) पिस्टन के रिंग , ( viii ) गजन पिन, ( ix ) सरक्लिप , ( x) शाक एबजार्नर, ( xi ) स्पार्क प्लग , ( xii ) पतली दीवाल वाली बेर्यारंग , ( xiii ) टाईराड का सिरा, ( xiv ) बिजली के हार्न, ौर ( xv) फिल्टर के एलीमेंट, उसकी भन्तर्गवस्तु और काट्रिज"

G.S.R. 254(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 223/ 62-Central Excises , dated the 29th December , 1962 : ---
In the said notification , for the entry against item 49 , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"Parts and accessories of motor vehicles and tractors , including trailers the following , namely , ( i ) brake linings , ( ii) clutch facings , ( iii ) engine valves , ( iv) gas- kets, ( v) nozzles and nozzle holders , ( vi ) pistons (vii) piston rings , ( viii) gudgeon pins , ( ix) circlips , (x) shock absorbers , ( xi) sparking plugs ( xii) thin- walled bearings , (xiii ) tie- rod ends , (xiv) electric horns , and (xv) filter elements , inserts and cartridges . "

सा० का ० मि० 255 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद-शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम ४ के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की निम्न- लिखित अधिसूचनाओं को विखंडित करती है, अर्थात्ः

3. No. 111 /79 -Central Excises , dated the 13th March 1979 .
